Year 1: Human Anatomy & Physiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Basic Lab Techniques, Hematology.

Year 2: Pathology, Blood Banking & Transfusion Technology, Clinical Biochemistry, Histopathology & Cytology, Internship / Hospital-Based Training

Practical & Clinical Training

Students receive supervised training in partner diagnostic labs and hospitals, including Malabar Maxivision Eye Hospital’s laboratory division. This ensures real-time exposure to:

Diploma Courses: Minimum qualification is 10+2 (Science stream preferred).

B.Sc. Optometry (UG): Must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

PG Courses: Candidates must hold a relevant bachelor’s degree in optometry or a related health science field.
